My car wan't fixed right the first time. So, I had to take it back and then pay the diagnostic fee, if they find ONE thing that was different than the original repair. Adam told me he would talk to Volkswagen to see if the repair was covered under their warranty and never did. Communication wasn't great either, considering I had to keep my car there for a few nights. I've had better service with Alderman in the past, but was disappointed, this series (since I had my car there a few times for the same concerns).

Took my vehicle to Alderman Automotive because my daughter had issues with the speed. They allowed us to bring the car in immediately and took up to 48 hours to test and ensure everything was fine. We were so relieved. No out of pocket cost. The Service Dept was super professional and so nice.

Overall, very good service. Alex tried to persuade me to purchase a new set of Michelin tires. I was told when I purchased my vehicle the tires were new. Purchased vehicle Feb 2025. Had an alignment April 2025 at 37,000 miles maintenance. There was no mention of needing tires at time. I would like a second opinion regarding the tread ware on my current tires. They sold my son a car with a stock clutch that was never meant to go with a super charged engine. The engine also was full of shavings and started showing issues right after the clutch. When we bought the platinum extended warranty, We were told it would cover the engine. After we filed the claim, they denied it and left us with $20000 worth of repairs. I feel like this is a very dishonest dealership. It's to the point where I've notified the Secretary of State and the State Attorney General's office. They're going to investigate all of this as we speak. Please do your homework and do not purchase a vehicle from these people. They will shut down and they will not communicate with you. The warranty you purchase is pretty much worthless. I have paperwork backing up all these claims, so no matter what they say, I'm telling the truth. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. Anywhere but here. They literally ruined peoples lives one car sale at a time. They know that when you buy a vehicle, AS IS... you have no rights even when they sell vehicles that are mechanically unsound and not safe to drive. They'll say anything about the warranty or the condition of the car when they're trying to get you to sign the papers. They will lie on your credit application to get you approved. One day this place will be brought to justice. Go on Google reviews and look at the lowest reviews.... And you'll see hundreds of the same stories. The pattern is the same just different people. They're The bully of Indiana. Shame on you. I don't know how you sleep at night.

We moved to Noblesville about a year ago. When I needed car repairs someone suggested Alderman. I’m a repeat customer now. Adam was very helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Service was fast and repairs were done right.

Had an amazing experience at Alderman today for an oil change. I’ve worked with Adam Gregory on multiple occasions and he always provides a great experience. He’s very thorough with explaining things and what’s services they will be providing for your visit! I will continue to use Alderman for all of my car servicing needs!

We had the car three weeks and if you let the car sit longer than 24 hours the battery was dead. Took to Lexus dealership and there was a parasitic drain coming from the central gateway ECU. This is now costing us $1,600 in repairs. This is something the dealership would have known as the car won’t start after 24 hours. I emailed dealership and have not heard a response.

I had oil change done using their coupon and Adam was very nice and gave me detailed report and explanation about the oil change and some repairs that need to be done. There was a credit card charge in the bill that I didn’t expect but Adam told me about it before they started the work. The experience was very good and I really appreciate Adam’s help and service.

We just switched to Alderman for our vehicle repairs and the service has been excellent. Adam is great at communicating and educating us on what is needed and what isn’t.

Terrible customer service. I will never return to Alderman. There are way too many options out there to choose a sleazy place like this one.

This place absolutely screws people over. I agreed to pay a set price and what I paid was over 12k more. When I asked how that happened I was told it was assumed I expected “fees” so they aren’t discussed. Terrible customer service from beginning to end. Alex was great. He gave me my options, but wasn’t overly pushy for extra services when I said I wasn’t interested. I really appreciated that. My services were done quickly and everything was explained to me thoroughly.

Took my car for service and the inspection due light wasn’t turned off, had to drive 40miles back each way to get it turned off and on top of that my seat was scratched and they look no liability without even investigating.

Worse car purchase experience I ever had. Salesman Greg McGuire misrepresented to car. Vehicle showed up with cosmetic damage that cost $1840 to repair. Severe mechanical issues estimated at $11000. He presented the car as excellent condition when it’s far from it. They are refusing to assume responsibility for the mechanical issues. Stay far away from this group.

They sell broken cars and never stand behind the car they sold. Don't trust this seller if you don't want to waste your time and money. Also, service department is awful they never call you back eventho they have your car and you're waiting for any information. They just make you pay for the rental car for nothing cause they don't know how to communicate. These people and this business only care about money, not the customers, and they'll do everything to let you down.
